''I am one very satisfied customer, every expectation I had before moving my 3 horses to Chelsea's yard has been exceeded, and I'm not easy to please!
Chelsea's yard is the first yard I have ever found where she cares for your horses as if they really are her own, even though most yard managers make this claim. She notices every change in their mood, health, body and behaviour. Any scratch, lump and bump is spotted in an instant almost as if she has x ray eyes!
Her positive attitude and constant pleased to see you demeanour means being at the yard is a pleasure instead of something you dread!
Above all, I value Chelsea's open mindedness. When my herd of 3 arrived all barefoot, living out rug free and consuming kilos of herbs and essential oils - instead of mocking, ignoring or judging me, she embraced it with a thirst to learn all about the why and wherefores. In a nutshell, Chelsea provides a 'home from home' where me and my horses are happy, relaxed and at peace.''

''Since I started training with Chelsea I have gained so much experienced both in my ability as a rider but also when looking after him, Chelsea really cares and will always take the time to talk about how he is, not just how he is working.
Her training techniques are always a breath of fresh air and make sense. She is always willing to elaborate too which I love, I feel like I really understand my horse because of her and Elliot is so much happier in our work.
Chelsea is brilliant!

My goal was to start competing at affiliated dressage with my horse Tiger ( aka 'Pig').
We were having numerous problems both competing and at home and our scores were plummeting along with our confidence.
Chelsea manages to understand the horses language and so improvement comes without the traditional battles and arguments meaning we are now working quietly yet effectively in each lesson.
The goal came sooner than expected - her lessons pin-pointed our weak spots and so we worked on them, with Chelsea's great knowledge and experience we progressed in a very short period of time.
Before we knew it we had qualified for pet plan at both prelim and novice. I can't wait to see what we can achieve with Chelsea's help this year! ''

''From the beginning, Chelsea not only assesses the abilities of you and your special horse, but she also pays particular attention to the partnership between the two of you. The latter is extremely important for us horse lovers.
At my first session with Chelsea she talked through how we would use classical dressage techniques not just for competitive riding but also as a great way to look after my horse's body as he surpassed the age of 17.
She took us right back to basics, focusing on softness over the back and through the neck and jaw. Now I am using dressage movements as suppling exercises I never dreamed of doing.
Her techniques have also lead us to competition success and whatever your chosen discipline or objective Chelsea will bring her knowledge and passion and come on the journey with you every step of the way.
Thank you Chelsea for providing me with the knowledge and skills I needed to work my much loved horse in a healthy and fun way.''
''When my 16.3hh Polish sport horse was eventing, the dressage phase routinely let him down. After working with us for just six weeks, Chelsea improved his average score by 17% - resulting in his first ever rosettes.
However, Chelsea is not just an instructor who shuts the arena gate and puts horse and rider out of her mind until next week. Chelsea is a dedicated and committed coach and trainer who takes an active interest in all aspects of horse and rider well-being.
As a vital and integral member of Team Kali, I actively seek and value Chelsea’s input on everything from feed to turnout – and everything in between.
Chelsea’s gift for reading and understanding horses and her very obvious love for them also makes Poyle a truly unique livery yard.
For the first time in the five years I have owned Kali, I can truly relax and trust that he is looked after and cherished when I am not there. Chelsea’s attention to detail, her humour and her compassion make everyone at Poyle feel calm, happy and warmly welcomed.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chelsea (both as a trainer and as a yard owner/mentor) to anyone wanting to bring out the very best in their horse.''

''I've been providing sport massage to Chelsea's dressage horses for a number of years. Knowing her during this time, it's clear horse's are her passion and she knows and understands them as any good rider should.
Her yard is immaculate, she puts the horses welfare first and will accommodate the need of the owners above all. I look forward to our continued working relationship.
